- Weightlifting: Olympic-style weightlifting movements such as snatches and clean and jerks. 
- Gymnastics: Bodyweight movements like pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups. 
- Cardiovascular Conditioning: High-intensity workouts involving running, rowing, biking, and other cardio exercises. 
- Powerlifting: Focusing on compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. 
- Strongman Training: Incorporating functional movements like tire flips, atlas stone lifts, and farmer's carries. 
- Plyometrics: Explosive movements like box jumps, burpees, and jumping lunges. 
- Endurance Training: Long-duration activities such as running, swimming, or cycling.
